I have struggled with shoe inserts to support foot arches to correct posture and alleviate knee pain for years. Amazing arches do all that with any shoes I chose. A brilliant product.

These are very comfortable arch supports - much softer than many orthotics but give useful support in sandals and light weight shoes. I've found them particularly useful during the summer months when I am wearing shoes that I can't put my full orthotics in. The fact that they come in more than one colour is good too!
